Everyday Blinds - Easy to Understand Terms and Conditions

We want your experience with us to be smooth and enjoyable. Here’s a simple guide to our terms and conditions when you order made-to-measure blinds from our online store.

How to Order

It is essential to measure carefully by following our online guide to ensure accurate window measurements. Enter your measurements and choose your blinds on our website. Confirm your order details and make your payment.

Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT. Delivery charges will be added at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as shown on our website.

Production and Delivery

Your blinds are custom-made to your specifications. Production typically takes 7-10 working days. Once production is complete, your blinds will be shipped directly to you, with an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days after production. We’ll send you tracking details once they’re dispatched.

Cancellations or Returns

Our blinds are made to your exact measurements, which means you cannot cancel, return, or request a refund after placing your order. This policy is in line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please make sure your order details are correct before confirming.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Provide proof of purchase and details of the defect. Generally, we will first offer a replacement. However, if a replacement is not possible or if you prefer a refund and the defect is significant, a refund will be provided.

SizeSure - Measuring Insurance

SizeSure is our insurance policy that covers you if your made-to-measure blinds don’t fit your windows due to measurement errors.

  • Eligibility: SizeSure is available for made-to-measure blinds only. The option must be selected at the time of purchase.
  • Reporting an Issue: Contact us within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Provide your order number, contact details, and the correct measurements.
  • Returning Incorrect Blinds: Blinds must be returned unused and with no missing components. You are responsible for the cost of returning the blinds to us.
  • Replacement Process: Once we receive the returned blinds and confirm the measurement error, we will manufacture and send the replacement blinds. If the replacement blinds are larger than the original, you will need to pay the difference in cost. No refunds will be provided if the replacement blinds are smaller.
  • Exclusions: SizeSure does not cover blinds that have been used or installed. Blinds that are damaged due to incorrect handling or installation by the customer are not covered. Only one replacement per original order is allowed.
  • Delivery Costs: You will need to cover the cost of delivering the new blinds to you at our standard delivery rates.
    Limitations: SizeSure is not available for trade customers or bulk orders (more than 10 blinds). SizeSure can only be used once per customer within a 12-month period. SizeSure is only available for orders within the United Kingdom.
  • Additional Information: Everyday Blinds reserves the right to cease offering SizeSure at any time without prior notice. The replacement blinds must be of the same product type, colour, and options originally selected in the order.

Warranty and Support

Your blinds are covered for manufacturing defects for a year. This doesn’t cover misuse or incorrect installation. For warranty claims, provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.

Important Legal Stuff

Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the blinds. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms don’t affect your statutory consumer rights.

Privacy and Data Protection

We use your personal data to process your order and improve our services, in line with our Privacy Policy.
