Fault Reporting (Up to 1 Year)

  • We encourage all customers to inspect their blinds upon delivery and report any issues as soon as possible.
  • You are covered for any faults or defects discovered within 1 year of delivery. Whether the issue is noticed immediately or over time, we are here to help.

How We Resolve Faults

  • Replacement Guarantee:

    • If your blind has any verified manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement blind at no cost to you.
    • We aim to arrange the replacement within 3-5 days, depending on the availability of materials.
  • Refund Policy:

    • As all our blinds are made-to-measure, refunds are not available except in the rare case that we are unable to provide a replacement due to the unavailability of the original materials.
